What consumes credits
An answer costs what it takes to produce. A single per-interaction price would make the person asking yesterday’s revenue pay for somebody else’s monthly report.

How the balance works
- When you activate a plan you receive welcome credits (100 on monthly; more on annual). They are valid for 90 days — use them to try MIA before buying packs.
- Plans include no recurring monthly allowance: your plan unlocks the features; welcome credits and credit packs fund your balance.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. The date is on your statement and MIA reminds you 30 days before.
- There is no automatic overage. If your credits run out, MIA tells you and offers a pack — we never charge for what you did not approve.
- Packs work on every plan, from MIA Chat to MIA Business.
Who is MIA for?
MIA works with the MDC apps you already use — NetMenu, Pagalee, JobYou and the rest. To activate any plan, including the free MIA Chat, you need an MDC app subscription.

What is a credit?
It is MIA’s unit of consumption. A light question costs 1 credit, a period analysis 3, and a multi-source consolidation 10. The table above shows examples of each weight.
Why not charge per interaction?
Because interactions do not cost the same. A month-end consolidation is ten times the work of looking up one number, and a flat per-interaction price would make people asking quick questions subsidise the people running heavy reports.
Where does the interaction estimate come from?
From our customers’ measured average usage between June and July 2026. It is an estimate, marked with "≈", not a promise: what is guaranteed is the number of credits in the pack.
What happens when my credits run out?
MIA tells you and offers a pack. There is no automatic overage: nothing is charged without your approval — MIA stops consuming and waits for your decision.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. When you activate a plan you receive welcome credits — 100 on MIA Chat, Pro and Business monthly; 300 on Pro annual and 1,000 on Business annual. They are valid for 90 days so you can try MIA before buying packs.
Do plans include monthly credits?
There is no recurring monthly allowance. You receive welcome credits on activation (valid 90 days) and can buy credit packs, valid for 12 months from purchase.
Do credit packs expire?
Yes, 12 months after purchase. The expiry date appears on your statement and MIA warns you 30 days beforehand.
Does the plan discount credits?
Yes. On MIA Pro packs are 15% off; on MIA Business, 30% off. MIA Chat pays list price. The discount follows the plan active at purchase time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: MIA Chat has no monthly fee — you only pay for the credits you use. It works with the data in the MDC apps you subscribe to, so you need an MDC app subscription.
How does the annual plan work?
On MIA Pro and MIA Business, you pay twelve months for the price of ten.
How are prices updated?
Every figure on this page comes from the same source our billing system uses, and the date of the last change is in the page footer. If a price changes, it changes here.
I am a NetMenu customer. Do I already have MIA?
NetMenu Pro and Growth include MIA credits — the amount is on the NetMenu pricing page. And as an MDC app subscriber, you can activate MIA Chat.
Is there a monthly spend limit?
Yes, every plan activates with a monthly spend limit — you choose the amount and can change it anytime. At the limit, MIA pauses paid work (answers and actions); the free watchers and alerts keep running normally.
Can I turn on auto-recharge?
Yes — it is optional and never on by default. When your balance runs low, MIA can buy a pack on your saved card — always inside the monthly limit you set. Without a card, or if the purchase would exceed the limit, nothing is charged.
I have more than one venue. Does each one get its own limit and balance?
Yes. Plan, credits and spend limit are per venue — one venue’s subscription never lends credits to another, and each sets its own monthly limit.
How long does MIA keep my conversations?
It depends on the plan: 7 days on MIA Chat, 45 days on MIA Pro and 90 days on MIA Business. That history is what lets MIA follow up on "how many?" or "list those" without you repeating the question. After that, the conversation is deleted automatically. For a question covering several stores, the longest of their plans applies. To delete them sooner, write to meajuda@mdc.com.br.
